Kara M. Glad
Kara Main Glad grew up in Chelmsford, MA, and spent summers on Drakes Island in Maine. She received both her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts degrees from Villanova University. Kara taught kindergarten in West Chester, PA, and second grade in Trumbull, CT. Several of her creative teaching ideas have been published in Mailbox Magazine, Teaching K-8, and the Breakthrough to Literacy Newsletter. She currently resides in Massachusetts, with her husband, Ryan, and daughter, Kate Madison and son, Andrew Ryan.
